About the Role
As a Product Designer, you will take an active role in the Product Design team, working closely with Product Managers, as well as the R&D and Data Science teams. Our product provides a financial insight to its users – you will be ensuring that these dashboards and data are presented in the most useful manner possible. You will play a key role in the entire product design process, from UX to UI, solving complex product challenges.

You will:
Create end-to-end UX design that solves complex business challenges an user needs
Be part of the ideation and design process of new features and improve existing ones
Collaborate closely with all stakeholders (users, PMs, R&D) to design, and deliver intuitive and elegant UX/UI solutions
Help streamline and develop the product design process
You have:
2+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX) on multi-platform complex systems
Experience with data and data visualization
Experience with creating dashboards for analytical product users
Experience working with design tools such as Figma or Axure
Experience working closely with Product Managers, as well as R&D and other team members
A strong portfolio, demonstrating experience in complex systems design (please attach a link)

A strategic thinker with experience implementing product requirements
Highly organized and a multi-tasker
A team player
You ideally (but not necessarily) have:
A bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
The ability to learn new tools and methods quickly
