Urgent Accountant Required in Dubai
We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in Dubai. Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis.
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Perform reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and other financial records.
Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Support the finance team in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage.
