Urgent Accountant Required in Dubai

Opening for Accountant cum Operations Assistant having below knowledge:

Salary Package - AED. 5,000/- to AED. 6,000/- (Negotiable)

Accounting Duties:

Perform accounting duties from Data Entry to Finalization.
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Keep monthly schedules and post entries in Tally.
Keep schedules for monthly payments and make payments.
Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Operations Assistant Duties:

Handle E-Commerce Channels like Company Website, Amazon, Noon.
Supervision on online order processing.
Segregation of duties and responsibilities for other staffs.
Perform Business development duties.
Communicate with Manager and/or Director on work status and client issues that arise
Handle suppliers and customers in case.
Manage all other staffs in the work place.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters Degree
Professional Qualification like ACCA, CPA, CMA etc. are plus
Excellent Accounting Knowledge
Business Development Skills
