Urgent Accountant Required in Dubai

Do you have a B Com qualification with at least 10 years’ experience in retail accounting? Then you may be THE One! Since troubleshooting and supporting the stores’ accounting personnel will be an integral part of your role, you must also be a keen problem solver with dynamic communication skills. Your responsibilities will include management of receivables and payables, budgets, inter-company reconciliations, auditing, insurance and banking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point with in-depth, hands-on experience in computerised accounts.

• Excellent spoken and written English language skills, ensuring accurate and effective communication with all levels.

• Exceptional work ethics, which demonstrates commitment, integrity and strict adherence to the confidentiality code of practice.

• An analytical approach with keen attention to details, ensuring accuracy in reports and all other accounting-related matters to be delivered within timelines.

• The capacity to organize and prioritize in order to deliver results

• Experience in dealing with auditors.

Advantages:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Retail environment.

• A working knowledge of Navision 13 and its implementation from accounting perspective preferable.
