JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DESCRIPTION: Ensure adequate manning at units / nursing stations. Assign/Deploy nurses to doctors according to their experience, skill sets and requirements. Ensure availability of adequate technical and nursing support to the doctors and rest of the healthcare. Prepare and maintain nurse’s duty roaster and supervise the nurses.
