UAE National - Bancatakaful Sales Coordinator - Dubai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ OUTPUT EXPECTED
• Responsible for pre-sales support to Bancatakaful channel.
• Ensure system-wide support and deployment of appropriate applications required for Bancatakaful partners
• Liaise effectively with underwriting department and Operations to make sure that products are available and SLAs are maintained.
• Assist Head of Bancatakaful on achieving milestones related to Projects/Assignments of Bancatakaful Business expansions.
• Provide and maintain, on an ongoing basis, a daily sales report, figures, forecasting and any other records which may be required by the HOD to keep up-to-date record of sales and performance.
• Handling customer queries face to face, over the phone or via correspondence as and when required.
• Lead Distribution and Lead Tracking.
• Submit product, service comparison reports to Head of Banca as and when requested.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products.
