Tutors Required in Dubai

We are hiring excellent Tutors/Trainers to deliver the following courses for a reputed organization in UAE.

AIMA (Artificial Intelligence Maturity Assessor)
International Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule
appropriate training sessions for the trainees.

Contribute to the learning, growth and advancement of each trainee.
Develop programs and curriculum for the trainees of the organization for orientation and on-job training.
Promote efficiency of the trainees through building strong engagement acumen.
Develop competence in the course area(s) and ability to apply in a workplace setting.
Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops for the trainees and develop appropriate modifications if needed.
Ensure the compliance of the trainees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions.
Ability to prepare course material and training tools for the respective subjects.

Requirements:

Master's Degree/ PhD in related subjects
A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in the corresponding field
Excellent presentation skills
Experienced with Emirati Trainees
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Candidates should be currently residing in the UAE
