Responsibilities: -

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of T.R.V.E.R.O's travel activities, including planning, logistics, and coordination.
Develop and implement efficient operational processes to optimize resource allocation, minimize costs, and maximize customer satisfaction.
I'd like you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the travel journey.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners to ensure high-quality services and negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to identify innovation opportunities and proactively maintain compliance.
Led and motivated a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Please resolve any operational issues or customer concerns quickly and efficiently, focusing on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Implement and maintain appropriate health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our travelers and staff.

Qualifications: -

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience of 3 years in travel operations management, with a strong understanding of the travel industry, including logistics, reservations, and customer service.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams, delegate tasks, and inspire a high-performance culture.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
Proficiency in travel management systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and promoting sustainable tourism practices.
Flexibility to travel as required.
