Travel Consultant Required - Dubai

Required Knowledge / Experience:

- Travel & Tourism.
- Minimum of (2) years’ hands on experience in Airline ticketing and reservations
- Knowledge of GDS systems (specifically Sabre).
- Knowledge of domestic & international travel trends, world geography (destinations), travel and visa restrictions.
- MS Office.
- Fluent in English
- An IATA qualified certification is an asset.

Description:

1. Provide excellent customer service both in person and by phone/email.
2. Build seasonal travel packages based on market trends and promotional fares.
3. Handling hotels, excursions & tours packages.
4. Handling inbound and outbound calls for passengers regarding visa, flight tickets & holiday packages.
5. Handling customers’ travel, visa, flights, and hotel booking inquiries especially customized packages.
6. Handling corporate clients, follow up the LPO to them.
7. Responsible for issued ticket and hotel voucher for invoicing.
8. Making itineraries, Handle ticketing issuance, and new reservations.
9. Conclude sales and make bookings in online systems.
10. Other potential engagements in other work areas with the Company.
11 . Dealing with suppliers from around the world to handle these queries.
12. Selling tourism packages, Air ticket, Hotel, Travel Insurance and Vacation Packages to customers.

Desired Skills
