Travel Agent Required in Dubai - Dubai

For promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele, also develop traveling plan (Flights – Hotels – visa) as per needs.

Travelling Holiday Consultants:

▪ Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices.

▪ Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.

▪ Organize travel from beginning to end, through booking tickets, visa and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.

▪ Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc)

▪ Collect deposits and balances.

▪ Handle unforeseen problems and complaints from the customers.

▪ Create and update electronic records of clients.

▪ Maintain relationships with key persons.

▪ Reach the revenue and profit targets

A bachelor's degree in tourism, travel or hospitality is required for corporate travel managers.

▪ A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the travel industry.

▪ Experience at Flight – Hotels – visa programs (System – portals)

▪ Knowledge of travel management processes

▪ The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors of direct travel.

▪ Multi languages speaker – preferable (Arabic& English - Must)

▪ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

▪ Good communication, customer service team, and interpersonal skills.
