Job Details
You will be part of the Operations Team for Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) vehicles in Masdar City. You must be computer literate (working knowledge on MS office particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook), physically-fit, flexible, a team player and willing to work on shifts during weekends. Customer service experience is an advantage. Work responsibilities include ensuring safety of passengers and smooth operation of the system, monitoring vehicle operations on site through CCTV and control system software, scheduling and dispatch vehicles to suit demand requirements, attending to passenger queries from within the vehicles and the stations through intercom, conducting visual vehicle inspections and reporting issues or faults, logging all issues encountered during work shift, escalating complicated technical issues to technical staff and the Operations Manager, attending to passengers through the intercom during unexpected system faults, ensuring strict adherence to safety and emergency protocols, co-coordinating with external suppliers for servicing work as required and preparing end of workday reports for operations and updating relevant parties.
