The company's platform offers a wide spectrum of traditional beauty and grooming services in luxurious settings, covering all needs as hair, face, body, and nails and makes grooming services, as well as operates retail boutiques that stock grooming products, enabling clients to receive modern treatments using various blow and dry concepts.
Job Description:
1. Nail Trainer responsibilities include teaching student about polishing fingernails and toenails, painting designs and applying gel and acrylic nails.
2. The role is to plan, organize and lead the training of Nails and provide feedback to the management and suggestions to ensure the highest quality in the delivery of all Nails services
3. Conduct demonstration and training for group of Nail technicians in all salons.
4. Visit all branches for training staff.
5. Develop reports and evaluations on the training sessions given.
6. Ensures full product knowledge and awareness of all products have been given to the trainees.
7. Set a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance and attitude.
8. Deliver technical training and product knowledge training
9. Ensure the right mix of services & products
10. Train the students & groom them.
11. Develop training plans and calendars
12. Perform regular in-salon training and ensure the salon team develops the necessary skills and product knowledge.
13. organize and lead the training and provide feedback to the management and suggestions to ensure the highest quality in the delivery of all grooming services.
14. Supervises and periodically reviews the performance of the grooming team.
15. Conduct assessments per year to evaluate staff. Training Plan.
16. Analysis of training needs through complaints document, delay documents and observation.
17. Develop monthly training plans and calendars for the company training academy.
18. Present brand at promotional events and other marketing initiatives.
19. Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires.
20. Estimating training budgets and timelines as per the training plan. Training Delivery:
21. Ensure excellent delivery of Training programs as per the organizational standards to new and existing Technician.
22. Regular monitoring of complaint documents and directly interacts with clients whenever required to solve treatment related issues.
Requirements Qualifications: -
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field - At least 3 years’ experience as Brand Trainer or Nail Educator within Beauty industry - Having a valid UAE driving license and a car would be advantage
