Travelbeds Dubai is a leading tour operator in the region, offering a wide range of travel services to clients within and outside the UAE. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Plan and organize comprehensive holiday packages for both inbound and outbound travelers, catering to the preferences and needs of UAE clients.
Utilize your knowledge of UAE and GCC destinations to create exciting and unique travel itineraries, including summer holidays and other seasonal packages.
Coordinate with suppliers, including hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and tour guides, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for Travelbeds and its clients.
Stay updated on travel trends, destination developments, and local regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking and travel process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote new holiday packages and special offers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in inbound and outbound holiday operations is essential, preferably within the UAE and GCC market.
Extensive knowledge of UAE destinations and familiarity with popular tourist attractions and activities.
Ability to create customized holiday packages tailored to the preferences and budgets of UAE clients.
Strong negotiation and contracting skills to secure competitive rates from suppliers.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients from various backgrounds.
Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
Familiarity with travel reservation systems and software.
A passion for travel and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences for clients.
