Ticketing Specialist Required in Dubai

Job Role:

Manage reservations and ticketing for B2B, B2C and Corporate clients
Cater to additional queries from clients i.e. changes in baggage allowance, seat allocation, flight changes etc.
Provide best possible rates to clients and showcase a sense of urgency in closing their queries
Coordinate with the Customer Experience and Finance team to ensure all data points are recorded and invoices are issued in time
Develop and maintain relationship with vendors and suppliers
Provide excellent customer service to build a long-lasting relationship with clients
Keep up-to-date with product information at all times and suggest improvements based on feedback received by customers.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 - 3 years of air ticket booking experience on Sabre System
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of additional GDS system (Preferable)
