TEMPORARY OFFICE SECRETARY/ CUSTOMER SERVICE- (2 MONTHS ONLY) - Dubai

• Answering all calls and diverting to the concerned department or person and answer all clarifications or queries and assisting
caller, especially tenant for any help.
• Welcoming guest and offering refreshments.
• Assisting accounts with tenants on all property for renewals & assisting new clients for moving in / out.
• Sending of renewal notice to tenant 90 days prior to tenancy contract expiry date.
• Co-ordination with maintenance and sales team (Requesting for SNAGS and preparation of apartment to be ready for move in).
• Coordination with Accounts Department for rental and other related matters like rates, payment schedule, penalty charges, documentation etc.
• Updating Property & tenant’s data base (occupancy vs. Vacant / renewed vs. not renewed).
• Tracing vacant properties weekly & forwarding to sales team.
• Checking of company’s email box and forwarding to concerned department and replying the mails.
• Initiate PRO to open P.O.Box once a week and distribute the mail to the concerned
