Teller Required in Dubai

• Responsible for executing all the various banking transactions such as; withdrawals, deposits, currencies exchange, and remittances.

•Guide and educate the customers to use self-service area and encourage them to do so through (ATM-Online Banking).

Duties and Responsibilities

Execute all the financial transactions and services involving withdrawal, deposit, currencies exchange, cheques, and remittances (including quick remittances) in accordance with the Central Bank's instructions for withdrawal and deposit limits for individuals and companies.
Contribute to achieving the sales targets by generating referrals through the “Reference Lead System” and directing them to the concerned employee
Guide the client to make the cash transaction through the ATM.
Deal with all currencies (local & foreign) while being familiar with the rules and standards for the safety of currencies & documents (counterfeiting) and its all updates.
Conduct remittance’s screening to ensure that the customer is not on the terrorism or negative lists before disbursing the funds
Conduct the custody’s inventory, execute the daily opening and closing operations and handle any deficit or surplus in accordance with the Bank's instructions.
Hand the documentation related to the daily operations to the operation head and ensure that it is completed in accordance with instructions.
Responsible for delivering the pin code of the debit card
Attract NTB customers to be BM customers by opening new accounts in Egypt and executing their transfers through them
Responsible for checking the inventory, controlling and feeding the ATMs

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years in a similar position .
proficiency in Arabic & English
Fully aware of the different currencies as well as banknotes
Aware of the central bank’s instructions as well as the deposits and withdrawals limits
