Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Representative to join our growing real estate team. The primary responsibilities of this position include contacting potential clients via telephone, identifying their needs and preferences, and presenting them with suitable real estate options. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate services and identify their needs.
Respond to inbound calls from interested clients, answer their questions, and schedule appointments for further discussions.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up communication.
Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and property listings.
Achieve sales targets and goals, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging industry.
