Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at A&A Estate. We are seeking an experienced telesales professional who demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette and maintains a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will stay calm and collected, handle rejection gracefully, and naturally follow scripts.

Responsibilities:

Proactively approach potential clients calls to generate and close sales opportunities
Keep up-to-date with real Dubai real estate updates
Identify and source potential leads and prospects through various channels, including databases, online platforms, and referrals
Manage follow-ups and leads effectively
Track daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Requirements:

Previous experience in telesales preferably in the real estate industry
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Basic reporting skills for lead updates and call tracking updates
Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs
Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
