Our Reputed Construction Company in Dubai required (01) MALE Filipino ONLY With Minimum 2 Years of Experience as a Telephone Operator. The duties of the responsible person will be :-
a) Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
b) Answers and Transfers incoming calls to the Concerned Department.
c) Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.
d) Assist in General Office administration.
e) Provide full admin support to the team and department.
f) Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
g) Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and
tracking of all documents.
