Technical Sales Engineer - Dubai
We are looking for a Sales Engineer/Sales Executive. Having at least 2-3 years UAE experience for the same post and must have knowledge in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System, BMS and PABX System.
This job responsibilities include:
1. Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions;
2. Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
3. Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
4. Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
5. Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
6. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
7. Analysing costs and sales;
8. Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
9. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
10. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
11 .Helping in the design of custom-made products;
12. Providing training and producing support material for other members of the team.
13. Collection of Payment, Maintaining Customers Databases, generating enquiries.
UAE driving license is an added advantage.
Skills: Selling to Customer Needs, Presentation Skills, Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, Structure Cabling and PABX System, Verbal Communication, Requirement Analysis, Team player, Knowledge of Industry Process for automation product/project sales.
