Responsibilities
Team Management and Development:
- Lead and manage a team of teaching professionals and support staff within the golf academy.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the teaching staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and clients to the golf academy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with individuals, groups, and organisations to promote the golf academy's services.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Golf Academy Operations:
