We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ELA Teacher Trainer to enhance the knowledge and teaching effectiveness of educators using our educational materials. The ideal candidate will develop and deliver interactive, comprehensive training sessions that empower educators to implement our programs effectively in their classrooms. This role requires expertise in K-12 education, knowledge of curriculum standards, and proficiency in using digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for teachers, both online and onsite.
Develop and regularly update training materials, presentations, and resources.
Customize training to address product implementation, classroom management, and soft skills tailored to educator needs.
Revise and create course materials to ensure they meet training requirements and current educational standards.
Stay informed on trends in education to incorporate innovative practices into training programs.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to promote our educational products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and decision-makers.
Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and related events, promoting products and solutions.
Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and progress to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven teaching or training experience in K-12 English Language Arts (ELA).
Strong understanding of ELA curriculum standards (e.g., CCSS, CEFR) and related teaching methodologies.
Proven experience in conducting teacher training workshops.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and educational technology tools.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Ability to work independently with excellent planning and organizational skills.
Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
Flexibility to travel for training sessions and adapt to short notice requirements.
Empathy and patience in addressing the challenges faced by educators.
Cultural awareness and adaptability in diverse educational settings.
Resilience under pressure and commitment to meeting performance targets.
Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).
