Teacher - Curriculum Designer (business training) Required in Dubai
Seeking a creative personality who has excellent communication skills, is good at finding solutions, is passionate about teaching, and designing exciting innovative curriculum. The right candidate must be able to understand briefs given by various team members, and businesses to create lessons on a wide variety of topics, mostly related to non-educational organizations (businesses).
Requirements (musts)
Accredited Canadian/US/UK/Australia/NZ teaching credential with membership in good standing to your local professional board.
Very tech and software savvy.
Strong verbal and writing communication skills.
Produce excellent content at a fast pace.
Solid research skills.
Creative with attention to detail.
Ability to work both individually and in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Committed to deadlines and must be able to handle performance under pressure.
Deep understanding of teaching pedagogies, universal design for learning, and differentiated instruction.
Comfortable understanding of engaging media and preferred learning methods.
Willing and able to push the learning envelop to create new age, engaging, interesting learning.
Desire to launch and advance an new exciting career (this is a career posting, not just a job)
Willing to adjust your work schedule to overlap at a minimum for 3 hours with Dubai office hours (9am-6pm)
Preferences (not required)
Willing to relocate now or down the road to Dubai (which is income tax free).
Some experience in curriculum design.
Love teaching but perhaps don’t see yourself in a traditional classroom role. No recess or lunch supervision, no report cards, and no parents to deal with!
Strong career ambitions.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $127,000 - $145,800 AED annually, two-year minimum contract (if relocating to Dubai). This is TAX-FREE if you relocate to Dubai (subject to home country rules).
Trial period WFH prior to relocation/permanent position, which is not mandatory, but preferred.
