It is essential that the candidate: Is a native English speaker from one of the following countries: UK, USA, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, USA, Canada Has experience in Early Years Education with children aged 2-3 years Has a relevant qualification. Ideally you will have a Cache Level 3 Diploma, HND in Childcare and Education, PGCE, B.Ed or another Early Years related vocational qualification from a Western country. A degree in a related subject with experience will also be considered e.g. BA English, Psychology, Sociology, Health and Social Care.
