Oversee and manage all aspects of transaction accounting, specifically focusing on inflows (e.g., revenue, investments) and outflows (e.g., expenses, payments).
Prepare and review financial reports related to inflow and outflow transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Perform detailed financial analysis on inflow and outflow data to advise on business decisions and forecast future financial performance.
Collaborate with the finance, operations, and legal teams to assess financial transactions and ensure alignment with the company’s financial strategy.
Monitor and manage cash flow, providing insights into liquidity and working capital management.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations and standards, such as IFRS or GAAP.
Manage and assist in RERA Audits.
Assist in conducting financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
Provide transaction advisory services for strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
Manage financial controls to prevent fraud and errors in financial transactions.
Support external audits by preparing necessary financial data and documentation.
