Systems Administrator - Dubai
We need systems administrator with minimum 2 years experience as per JD below:
Job Description: Desktop Engineer
o Handle daily technical support activities on desktop/Laptop and all other end user products.
o Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test its network connections.
o Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.
o Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.
o Train end users on usage of Desktop hardware and software.
o Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients.
o Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives.
o Extend computer support for systems’ software and hardware.
o Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
o Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
o Arrange the HW replacements from the assigned team.
o Accept & close call tickets through assigned software program.
o Network and connect computers within organization to better communication.
o Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.
Required Experience:
• Good customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written
• 2+ years’ experience in this field.
