Key Responsibilities:
System Hardware Architecture:
Assist in the implementation and deployment of system hardware architecture (servers and associated equipment).
Aid in the design and planning of infrastructure.
Server Maintenance:
Responsible for the daily maintenance of existing servers.
Regularly organize and back up servers.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with developers and testers to set up environments, configure parameters, debug business processes, and monitor systems.
Research and Development:
Research operational and maintenance-related technologies.
Develop operational and maintenance technical solutions according to system requirements.
Complete other operational and maintenance-related tasks assigned by supervisors and the company.
Requirements:
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in server and storage-related knowledge.
Experience in the operational and maintenance of servers in large and medium-sized enterprises.
Familiarity with the installation, operation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various server versions.
Proficient in operating cloud systems (Azure, GCP, AWS).
Proficient in the installation, operation, and maintenance of Windows/Linux servers.
Scripting and Automation:
Familiar with bash/Python scripts for completing daily tasks.
Practical experience in automation operations and maintenance, container technology, CI/CD tools, etc., is a plus.
Monitoring and Tools:
Familiar with common monitoring tools such as Grafana.
Familiar with log analysis systems such as ELK.
Software and Configurations:
Proficient in configuring and maintaining common Linux configurations such as nginx, WebLogic, Jenkins, Squid, and Redis.
Familiar with the construction, maintenance, and upgrade of systems like Exchange, Active Directory, Jira, etc.
Basic Requirements:
Proficiency in Linux, TCP/IP, Jenkins, Nginx.
Strong self-learning and debugging skills.
Ability to work on-call shifts.
