Qualification : Should have a Bachelor degree from an accredited institution, preferably in aviation related field, General Civil Aviation Authority Airframe & Power Plant GCAA A&P License or equivalent. Experience : Must have a minimum 10 years working experience in the area of aviation maintenance or aviation related field applicable to the position, preferably in the armed forces. Successful supervisory and leadership experience, preferably in a multicultural and/or military environment.
