As our company grows we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Store Manager to join our team.
What you will be doing:
Develop a target plan per photographer/ booking/ AVO/ up-sale (long-term and short-term), decompose and allocate quotas among team
Plan hiring requirements in accordance with the sales plan and forecasting schedules according to work volume
Train new and existing employees, develop the team's skills, and conduct training sessions
Continuously assess and review customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement
Oversee direct and cross-functional team’s performances, including but not limited to achievement of sales plan, reporting, team performance evaluation, call analysis, communications, quality control, lead, and complaint management
Generate and track Customer Satisfaction Surveys at various milestones of the customer journey
Implement best practices for continuous improvement in customer experience across all functions
Track loyalty program
Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports covering team activities, services, upsales, complains, defaults, etc
Participate in the hiring of the direct team together with the HR department
Maintain open and effective communication with the company's leadership team
What we expect:
At least 3 years experience in Sales & Customer Experience
Experience is service providing company is a plus
Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic and/or Russian is big plus
Experience in managing team
Excellent customer service approach & great communication skills: reading & writing
Ability to maintain great positive attitude
Flexibility
Multitasking and organizational skills
