Store Manager - Dubai
Achieves objectives through appropriate planning, organization of staff, inventory management, cost control and maximization of the stores sales and profits. Assist the Brand Manager in the development of the stores overall yearly plan and budget. Provides senior management with all necessary data and statistics relating to store sales and performance, in order to assist them in their decision making process. Supervises the opening & closing of the store. Ensures the proper cleaning and lighting of all store internal and external areas. Supervises a daily-check up on the smooth performance of all store machinery and equipment. Maintains safe working conditions for employees and customers resolves safety concerns quickly. Follow up on Maintenance issues Ensure the renewal of all third party contracts related but not limited to equipment Lead the opening of new branches and ensure the implementations of the company policies and procedures along with the exact operation flow.
