Today, corporate spending in MENA and South Asia is broken and time-consuming. Banks only give businesses a single debit or credit card that lacks functionality to limit spending and get real-time visibility. Businesses maintain a cash vault at their offices and distribute loose cash to employees and then spend countless hours collecting, and matching invoices. Finance teams deserve better products.
At Pluto we are on a mission to be the only tool finance teams in MENA would need to streamline and manage their company expenses.
As an early member of the product & design team, you will play a key role in shaping Pluto’s product design function. You will work closely with the product team to be able to ship experiences that are loved by our customers.
We are building modern financial systems for the B2B space in a completely nascent market - so you'll have a greenfield opportunity to work on challenging problems and build complex, reliable and modern financial infrastructure and products from scratch that help empower small businesses and enterprises alike.
Requirements
You are an ideal fit if..
You have 3+ years of design experience building web and mobile products.
You have experience designing complex workflow-related tools that include presenting large amounts of information in a user-friendly way. Some examples of similar products include Airtable, Datadog, Splunk or other workflow-related tools.
You have experience designing B2B products and understand the complexities that come with it.
You have previously worked with product managers & front-end engineers and have a strong understanding of design deliverables for engineering teams such as design systems & components.
Have a deep understanding of customer psychology and the ability to design while deeply considering the user’s perceptions.
Strong experience in Figma and familiar creating interactive prototypes.
Attention to detail & the ability to work in an iterative manner to continuously improve our product offerings while moving quickly.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

B2B Corporate card & expense management product: Create a world-class experience for CFOs and finance teams so they can get control back on their corporate spending.
Launch new features: Work hand in hand with the product team to carry out research, ideate, design, prototype new product experiences for our customers.
Improve our marketing: Improve Pluto's brand, make Pluto memorable to our customers & create content that our customers re-visit every time.
