What’s on your plate?
Own the design process from concept to completion for various projects including branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and more.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs that effectively communicate the desired message and reflect the company's brand identity.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in branding across all platforms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
Coordinate with external resources as needed to facilitate project execution.
What you need to be successful
What did we order?
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding, creative campaigns, marketing and digital design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative concepts and design projects.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Exceptional retouching and photo manipulation skills.
Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment and mentoring junior designers.
Advanced motion design skills will be a big plus.
Illustration and sketching skills will be a plus.
