Sr. Accountant Required in Dubai

Urgently looking for a Sr. Accountant to our real estate firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Should be proficient and have a strong grip in daily accounting operation, booking accounting transactions and accounting software.

• Making a proper system for accounting and safeguarding PDC and timely deposit.

• Ensuring timely collection of rental income receivable and making proper reconciliation with partners' accounts.

• Well versed with Real estate VAT requirements, project costing reporting, o/s reporting and collection and cash flow management.

• Candidate should have experience in doing finalization of accounts and financial audit by liaising with the auditor.

• Will be added weightage of having Knowledge of Owner Association audit, RERA audit

• Should be experienced in making timely management reports – property wise P & L, occupancy, vacancy report etc.

•liaise with the management making clear communication regarding accounting, finance and admin issues on regular basis.

• To have proper coordination with Leasing and sales team for

maintaining a proper reporting system for all sales and leasing achieved and to ensure that frequent and accurate reports are given to management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a graduate with a minimum of 5-6yearsofexperience.

• Candidate should be able to work professionally and handle work pressure.

• should be smart, presentable and have strong communication and negotiation skills,

• Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions.

• Real Estate experience will be preferred with a UAE driving license.
