Sr Accountant Required in Dubai
✓ Work closely with the company’s accounting firm to maintain a current set of Books of Accounts and
annual audits
✓ Prepare Management Financial Reports on cash flow analysis, and other financial statement data as
requested from time to time
✓ Take direct and independent responsibility for the company’s Project Accounting
✓ Manage day-to-day Accounting, AR/AP Accounting and Reconciliation of Book(s) of multiple companies
✓ UAE and US Tax Filing--ensure all legal obligations of the company are met and records are updated
✓ Coordinate office activities and operations to secure compliance to company and regulatory policies
✓ Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs
including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
✓ Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned
✓ Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as
indicated by the monthly closing schedule
✓ Process payroll and report payroll taxes for the organization
✓ Responsible for company bookkeeping procedures
Desired Skills And Experience
✓ Proven experience (of minimum 3 years) in a senior/supervisory role as an accountant is a MUST – Do
NOT apply if you have not had this previous experience
✓ Candidates with previous experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online preferred and highly
desirable
✓ Must have B.Com (or equivalent) with a concentration in Accounting. CA Intermediate is a plus.
✓ Candidates that have graduated in the secondary school system of I.C.S.E or C.B.S.E curriculum are
Preferred
✓ Familiarity with office management procedures and project accounting principles
✓ Excellent (English) written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
✓ Excellent organizational and administrative skills
✓ Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Word.
