Responsible for assisting the head chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and meal preparation.
Oversee and train kitchen staff, ensure food quality and presentation standards are met, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Practice healthy cooking techniques and ingredients, as well as and executing dishes that are both nutritious and delicious in order to create innovative and appealing menu offerings based on industry trends.
Stay up to date on industry trends, including changes in dietary restrictions and preferences among age groups on target market.
Responsible for cost control balancing in order to provide high-quality ingredients within budget
Qualifications:
At least 5 years’ experience on same role related to healthy food concept restaurant
