Role Description
As a full-time Sous Chef at Alongside Restaurant LLC in Abu Dhabi, you will work with the executive chef to create and prepare dishes for our guests. You will oversee the kitchen and help to manage the kitchen staff, ensure food quality, create menus, and manage inventory and costs. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience as a sous chef or related experience in a high-volume kitchen
Proficient in food preparation and plating techniques
Knowledge in wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines
Excellent management and leadership skills
Ability to manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English, both oral and written
