SME Relationship Manager Required in Dubai

Emirates Development Bank is looking for SME / Mid Corporate Relationship Manager - UAE National to join our team, the main job purpose of the Relationship Manager will be:

Originate build and manage SME / Mid corporate clients in order to meet pre-set financial / non-financial objectives.
Actively source new-to-bank customers and generate new business leads. Manage all customers focusing on relationship Management & up-selling/ deep-selling/ cross selling other bank products. Seamlessly takeover new relationships originated or referred by various channels within the bank.
Responsible for quality & soundness of portfolio under management & ensuring compliance with banks’ approved policies.
Major Responsibilities:

To manage the development of prudently priced assets with reputable companies and organizations in order to ensure achieving Bank’s KPIs.
To identify and develop a target pipeline and aggressively market for new profitable status customers from the identified target priority sectors.
Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring the effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospect customers.
Maintain high professional standards and strive to provide quality services and competitive pricing to clients.
Cultivate good rapport with corporate clients and ensure, the bank becomes the choice for their banking.
Minimum required skills and qualification

UAE Nationals with family book is must.
+ 4 years’ experience of relevant work
Bachelor’s Degree is required
