Work Responsibilities: Professional project planning, Time scheduling purchasing ,Sub-contractor finalization, Project budgeting , Meeting clients regularly, Manage labors and site supervisor, Verify project drawings prior execution , Coordinate with procurement, Excellent management for sub-contractors to make sure that everyone is finishing his job on time in a perfect way as per the schedule of work ,Be able to visit all authorities like Concordia and other authorities, civil defense , Dubai municipality to take approvals Be present at site every day to make sure all the work is happening as per the schedule of work to finish on time. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong working knowledge of contract documents, construction practices and techniques. Ability to interpret and make calculations based on drawings. IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel. He must have a UAE driving license.
