Showroom Manager Required in Dubai

Responsible and ensuring that the dealership meets the sales target and its objectives on a daily, monthly, and annual basis, through planning, organizing, and coordinating with National Sales Manager and achieving a 100% customer satisfaction level. To manage and support the sales teams, monitor, control, and enhance the Showroom sales activities thus increasing sales in UAE.

Responsibilities

1) Achieve 100% Customer satisfaction (Principal’s Global Customer Satisfaction) as measured by the manufacturer.

2) Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

3) Supervise the efficient functioning of the showroom.

4) Ensure that his showroom achieves the monthly/yearly targets set by the Management.

5) Ensure the display of all models of vehicles in the showroom.

6) Ensure timely delivery of all vehicles to customers in his territory.

7) Ensure achieving all qualitative and quantitative targets set by the Management.

Minimum Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a relevant field

• 8 years of experience in New Car sales, in the UAE market.

• Good market knowledge in the automotive (New Car) industry

• Leadership qualities and ability to manage and supervise a multicultural team

• Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment

• Ability to lead and motivate the team and strong work ethic

• Excellent in English; Arabic is an advantage
