Location : Al Ain

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading furniture manufacturer in UAE. The candidate should have minimum 2 to 5 years of UAE experience having worked with Showrooms of furniture .

JOB DESCRIPTION
The role is to achieve the sales targets managing the sales team, focus on performance and maintain high standards of customer service.

KEY ACCOUNT-ABILITIES
• Responsible for achieving the monthly and yearly sales targets for the showrooms and projects and to ensure that all staff understand these targets and to deliver the results for the business
• Directly responsible for the development and growth sales
• Accountable for the development of all staff within the showroom
• Ensure that levels of customer service exceed customer expectations
• Recommend new product line and business areas to grow the business

Skills
- At least 3 years working experience in home furnishings Industry
- Good experience in managing and developing people
- Ability to communicate in Arabic & English
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills

- Preference will be given to Arabic candidates only !

Salary - Up to AED 8000 /-
