Service Advisor, Call Center Required in Dubai
Key Accountabilities:
The jobholder will be responsible for answering Customer Enquiries Over Phone / Email.
The jobholder will solve problems by following OIC Policy & Procedures, ensure business targets and assigned self targets are met and Customer Service is at the core of all interactions with members & non-members of OIC .
Job Requirements:
Provide information on all OIC Products to existing & potential clients.
Execute client instructions as per OIC policy
Handle Calls and Queries as per assigned Targets
Ensure the monthly production & conversion ratios are met
Ensure CSAT & Call Quality scores are met on each customer call.
Resolve customer complaints, either directly or conjointly with the other concerned departments
Additional Details:
Bilingual
Excellent communication skills
Well mannered & courteous
PC Literate
