Working closely with key internal stakeholders to provide a seamless experience for both owners and tenants, your key responsibilities will include:
Go above and beyond and provide a high touchpoint service to Landlords and Tenants and ensure they have a continual positive experience
Find opportunities to surprise and delight your clients with thoughtful messages, invitations to give feedback, and provide proactive advice
Take control over complex issues - think outside the box to solve unique issues (with support!)
Who you are
The ideal candidate for the role will have:
Previous experience in a Property Management role is essential
You will be tech-savvy, extremely passionate, and full of innovative ideas
A proactive and resourceful approach to conflict resolution and problem-solving
A confident communicator who can work collaboratively and wear multiple hats
Exemplary communication and problem-solving skills
You will be super switched-on and able to work at a high volume and an incredibly fast pace
Must have an excellent phone manner and be well versed in dialogue for negotiation, price reduction/increase conversations, etc.
High level of attention to detail and strong time management skills
