Senior Project Supervisor Job Location: UAE Job Responsibilities: Manages day to day operational aspects of a project. Coordinates and monitors contractors and sub-contractors work activities. Coordinates and provide general supervision of all onsite construction and safety activities of a project. Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Ensures that the highest quality standards are met. Supervises the regular inspection of work in progress. Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate variation techniques. Identifies construction issues to be resolved through site surveys. Conducts quality control for work performed by independent contractors. Supports project management during procurement activities as required ensuring on time delivery of components. Monitors and reports on progress of the project to the management.
