General Criteria -
- Education: Post Graduate in science
- Experience: 3+ years & above
- Teacher must have good teaching experience in GCSE, IGSC and IB Curriculum.
- Must be an Expert in handling Physics for all grade Students
- Practical experience with MS Office, Google Classroom, and other teaching software
- Dedication, patience, and the ability to remain flexible in various situations
- The ability to answer sensitive questions and create an environment where everyone’s opinions are respected
- A passion for science and a commitment to continuing education
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities -
· Taking classes and doubt classes for students at the centre
· Designing, developing, and delivering quality lesson plans and curricula that adhere to school guidelines
· Reviewing already created study material for further improvement and enhancement
· Developing questions for the purpose of Assignments, Practice Questions, Test Papers, and Daily Practice Worksheets, etc
· Drawing up suitable assessments and delivering helpful feedback to students, parents, and other teachers
· Conducting extra classes as when required to help weak students or to give more grilling to good students
· Complete the entire syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction of students, parents, and the management
· Maintain a cohesive, non-political, and transparent atmosphere in the organization
· Keep upgrading the knowledge base by studying new and revised books on the subject
· Participate and contribute in all the events, activities, initiatives organized by the management/head office
· Analysing data to adapt students’ results to their learning to increase students’ scores
· Creating an inquiry-based learning environment
· Regular follow up or touch base with parents to share feedback or suggestions
