Senior Netwok Engineer - Dubai

A system integrator company based in Dubai is looking for a networking professional with strong background in both LAN and WAN for permanent hiring.

Duties:
• Assure uninterrupted operation of the network (LAN, WAN, WiFi, workstations, network part of servers and server chassis)
• Software update for network equipment
• Events monitoring and accident management
• Collect and analyze log files
• Add and configure equipment to the monitoring system
• Troubleshoot network equipment
• Open and follow up cases with network equipment vendors
• Implement and secure IT infrastructure
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Develop and maintain network schemes
• Commutate and mark network equipment cables
• Monitor and configure UPS for network equipment
• Create and maintain cable records for SCS
• Assure backup of configuration files of all network equipment
• Prepare technical solutions and specifications and presenting them to clients
• Pre-sales and post-sales support of the equipment

Qualification requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Strong command of English (not less than Intermediate)
• One of the following certification levels: CCNP (R&S, Wireless or Security), CCDA/P, Juniper (JNCIP-SEC, ENT)
• 5 years’ experience of practical work with network equipment from various manufacturers
• Experience of work with following products: Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, Extreme networks
• Experience of work with the main information security technologies: FW, VPN, IDS/IPS, DLP, AV, PKI, antiviruses, web-filtration
• Experience of work with routing protocols, design of converged multiservice networks.
