Responsibilities:
Develop and enact HR strategies that resonate with our agency's goals.
Manage employee relations, addressing any queries or concerns effectively.
Uphold and advance HR strategies, systems, and practices, ensuring a positive workplace.
Conduct performance evaluations that promote high standards.
Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor law and HR management best practices.
Regularly update job descriptions to comply with local regulations.
Design and refine training and performance management programs.
Resolve employee issues through professional mediation.
Implement and communicate clear HR policies, guaranteeing awareness and adherence.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of HR experience within the UAE, with comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Skilled in building and managing relationships at all levels within the company.
Expertise in labor law and HR best practices.
Proficiency across various HR functions, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations.
