About the role :
As a Graphic Designer specializing in performance marketing and social media, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that drive engagement and conversions. You will design and optimize assets for various digital platforms, ensuring our campaigns are both effective and visually appealing.
Job Responsibilities:
Design eye-catching graphics for digital ad campaigns, including display ads and social media ads.
Develop creative assets that align with campaign goals and target audience preferences.
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create visuals that drive traffic and increase conversions.
Create engaging and shareable graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Design graphics for social media posts, stories, and images that reflect brand identity and resonate with the audience.
Work as a social media content creator to develop visual content that supports content strategy and marketing goals.
Stay updated on social media trends and design best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Maintain a consistent brand image across all visual content and marketing materials.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Provide creative input and solutions to enhance the visual impact of marketing efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing and social media assets.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
Experience with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and social media management tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and digital marketing trends.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adjust designs accordingly.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Experience with video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for digital design.
