Demonstrates a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, After Effects, animation, and illustration skills.
Possesses a well-curated Behance portfolio that highlights creativity and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery
Conceptualize and implement design works that align with campaign strategies from start to finish
Review work by junior designers and freelancers to ensure top-notch quality
Manage design assignments to ensure timely delivery
Ensure all design work complies with brand guidelines
Promote company brand by delivering high-quality designs on tight deadlines
Collaborate closely with the Design Manager and Head of Marketing on all communication plans
Work on branding and launching sub-brands and new projects within the agency
Pitch innovative ideas and campaigns to elevate brand positioning and generate leads
Partner with the development team to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of design experience in a creative agency
Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skill
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Expert knowledge of the graphic production processes
Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a team environment
Capability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
Adaptability and quick learning ability
Creative application of style guides while maintaining brand identity
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, and Final Cut Pr
Strong conceptual skills, design sense, layout, and typography expertise, with a broad thinking ability to offer diverse design solution
