We are looking for a proven, dynamic, experienced Senior Graphic Designer to support graphic design for our portfolio of products. This person will join our founding team as our Senior Graphic Designer and be able to thrive in a creative environment that is fast-paced with multiple deadlines. This person is seeking to grow and dive in immediately to support product and web design needs and more.
Our goal:
Our business, due to the structure we have planned and of course, if executed successfully, could have a value of over EUR 800 million in 5 years’ time.
We have received EUR 300,000 from an investor to execute the project and we are currently applying for a reimbursable grant from the Government covering 50% of our Research and Development Costs.
To ensure the success of our operations we need to use this money wisely as it can vanish very quickly without having a proper product and without having anything left for marketing which will be our largest expense to scale our operations.
We, therefore, want to partner up with someone who shares our vision and who is willing to sacrifice short-term interests for long-term success. Someone who is at a stage in their life to create something that will change the world.
Compensation for the Senior Graphic Designer:
You will form part of the founding team and will have the ability to earn up to 0.10% equity value in the company.
We are ideally looking for someone who is motivated and who is able to put in at least 1 hour per day or rather *7 hours per week* for the interim until such time as we have launched our MVP and gained some traction.
**PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE UNABLE TO PAY ANY SALARY OR FREELANCER FEES AT THIS TIME AS WE PLAN TO USE THE MONEY THAT WE RECEIVED TO MARKET THE PRODUCT AND SCALE THE COMPANY.**
This is of course a temporary solution and by the time the company starts generating enough revenue to support its own operations, you could be rewarded with a full-time position and a generous salary package.
Position Responsibilities:
Stay up to date with trends, market standards, and has the ability to integrate them into product design concepts.
Produce the design of and facilitate production for the SaltyLama website, banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and digital templates.
Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs and visual communications.
Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment to ensure consistency and integrity of the given creative vision.
Manage and produce digital design work within internal team.
Ensure consistency of brand and creativity across digital customer touch-points.
Produce supporting graphics, landing pages, email campaigns, digital templates within the HubSpot platform.
Adhere to production schedules and work under tight deadlines.
Provide design support to other needed design initiatives as needed.
Position Requirements:
Fluent in English
Proven experience in digital design, website design, graphic design, graphic communications, and brand development.
Minimum 5 years of successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital brand agency or on a digital marketing team.
Strong portfolio of design work demonstrating forward-thinking creative brand experiences, showing solutions to business problems through effective brand design and communication.
Able to present concepts and accept constructive feedback from internal teams on your designs.
Ability to work with developers to ensure that aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
Experience in web marketing/web design with knowledge of HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, web design, and development principles.
Deep knowledge of the web design processes and brand experience.
Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
A positive attitude in everything you do.

3rd party integrations.
Crowdfunding platform for green initiatives.
