SENIOR CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Job Summary :
*Handling various vendors and reconciling data before making payment.
*Maintaining monthly compliance related records and reports for various Projects
*Auditing/controlling/reviewing of all the expenses for the group before payment takes place
*Preparing cash and bank balance position to do a proper planning to minimize cash expense & Developing controls for all the expenses
*Plan, assign and review staff’s work
*Assist in developing business processes to capture financial data required for proper accounting and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
*Assist management in setting up accounting processes to maintain proper records project wise.
*Handle Procurement Department
*Ensure proper tax filing as per management’s instructions
*Focusing on Sales & Collection Team.
*Time management with decision making ability.
*Excellent Command in Microsoft Excel and other financial or accounting software
*Multitasking
*Communication Power should be very strong
*Technical expertise in accounting and Tally software
Organization, Planning & Accuracy
*Joining Immediately. Working Experience in Construction industry will be advantage.
